Apogee is actively seeking a full-time Senior Technical Lead supporting AFLCMC WIN Sensors program within the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Special Operations Forces (ISR & SOF) Directorate located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

What you will be doing:

  • Supervising, leading, and coaching Apogee personnel assigned to the team, including managing technical efforts and assisting in directing task order performance
  • Ensuring technical/financial solutions and schedules in the specific delivery orders are implemented in a timely manner
  • Organizing, directing, and coordinating the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projects
  • Ensuring quality products, including reports and services are delivered on time and in accordance with Apogee quality assurance methodologies
  • Reviewing, validating, and approving staff timesheets and travel requests
  • Collaborating with customer points of contact and Apogee leadership to proactively identify and mitigate risks and/or issues
  • Coordinating and facilitating team inputs for regular task order status reporting and special deliverables to advance high-priority Government initiatives
  • Assisting in Apogee hiring, recruiting, onboarding/orientation, and retention initiatives
  • Ensuring staff are qualified and cleared to meet customer performance requirements
  • Coordinating contractor travel and other direct costs with the Government
  • Monitoring one-time and periodic contractor training requirements and other compliance issues established in the task order and Apogee policy

What you will need:

  • Security Clearance Required: Secret
  • Possess one of the following education and experience combinations:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar managerial or technical field, with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, OR
    • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar managerial or technical field, with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience
  • Ability to work well within a team and to execute tasks independently
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong command of MS Office suite tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
