About the role:
As a Senior Financial Analyst with TQL, you will be a leader within our finance department. You will be working directly with a wide range of internal customers to identify opportunities for revenue growth, productivity enhancement, and cost savings. You will act as a mentor to other analysts, identifying areas of improvement, providing constructive feedback, and being a liaison with upper management.

What you’ll be doing:
Supervise a small team of financial analysts
Analyze and document business processes and metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Become SME for aligned business units by building strong relationships and effective communication
Streamline routine analysis and reports
Deliver results with accuracy and urgency on multiple projects
Provide quality customer service to a diverse group of internal customers
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required
4+ years of relevant business or analytical experience
Mentor or supervisor experience a plus
Experience with Power BI, SQL and or managing large amounts of data is a plus
Good oral and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with a variety of disciplines and diverse groups of people
Exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, follow and achieve timelines is critical
