Outside Sales Rep

Location: Taylor, TX

Average Yearly Total Comp (Hourly Base + uncapped commission): $60,000 to $85,000

  • Paid weekly

We Train You:

Once you come on board at Honey Bucket, we work hard to make sure you are successful right away. New drivers and salespeople travel to our corporate headquarters in Puyallup, WA, for an intensive one-week training that we call Honey Bucket University (HBU).

This company-paid training (including travel/food/lodging) introduces you to all aspects of our culture, standards, equipment (including trucks), and the path to success at Honey Bucket.

A "Day in the Life":

This position is a combination of sales and production work. In addition to sales, you'll service/deliver/pick-up portable restrooms.

The Field Sales & Service Rep will have the opportunity to:

    • Develop and maintain customer relations with our customers by delivering great service
    • Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
    • You will gain thorough knowledge of the industry and the products and services offered by Honey Bucket
    • Identify and gain new sales leads

Qualifications and Skills:

Honey Bucket can help teach you the industry, give you the tools to succeed, and support your professional growth. For your safety and success:

  • Clean driving record and pass the required DOT physical and drug screen
  • Computer skills Word, excel, and outlook
  • Ability to lift 50-150 pounds throughout the day
  • Ideal candidate will have two or more years in a service and sales-related role with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Job offers made by Northwest Cascade Inc. will be contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, and background check, as applicable.
