Under supervision of the Chief Credit Officer, function as liaison between Loan Officer, Chief Credit Officer and third-party report vendors.
Assist in evaluating completed reports for accuracy and make recommendations according to Bank policy.
Obtain, maintain and track items related to commercial lending credit procedures and requirements: taxes, appraisals, fees, income, etc.
Correspond with the Bank's attorneys regarding all legal matters related to commercial lending.
Assist all customer and employee inquiries.
Prepare files and correspondence related to commercial lending credit procedures and requirements
Perform various office functions such as copying and scanning documents needed by the credit and loan departments.

Successfully completed or actively in progress to complete a high school diploma or equivalent.
