The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall plant maintenance and coordination of activities with other departments in a manner which results in the production of quality product at a cost and schedule consistent with company policies, customer service and plant objectives.
Location: The position will be based out of our largest manufacturing facility in Mt. Hope, Ohio. Relocation assistance is available.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages a three-shift maintenance operation of up to 26 employees.
Supervise daily activities of maintenance employees.
Send employee time off records daily to payroll.
Plan and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure on time completion.
Complete necessary daily maintenance reports
Drive continuous improvement efforts to create a world class operation.
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations.
Oversee training and coaching of all employees to ensure adequate understanding of safety, quality, and maintenance procedures.
Support with the development of the maintenance team
Ensure that departmental maintenance goals are efficiently met.
Report performance metrics and improvement activities
Engage employees in improvement activities.
Writing and updating Preventative Maintenance Procedures
Writing and updating Predictive Maintenance Procedures
Writing and updating Job Plans
Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
4 - 10 years of supervisory experience
5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Physical demands: extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking. Effective communication using speech and hearing, using arms and hands for reaching, grasping and manipulation of computer, tools, and equipment. Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel and bend.
Safety & environmental best practices, PPE, OSHA compliance etc.
Strong troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical (up to 480V) systems

CMRP/CMRT certifications
