Primary responsibility is to provide onsite and remote support to a designated group of National Accounts. You will manage and increase the customer base buying through our portal. You will work with our national strategic account team and customer support to ensure seamless exchange between our organization, distributors, and customers. The National Accounts Specialist will install, troubleshoot, and resolve related issues to provide a smooth customer experience.
The National Accounts Specialist will be trained and use Digital tools ensuring the defined scope of work is performed and communicated and documented to the corresponding local and National support teams. Travel territory will be SE Michigan & Grand Rapids.
