The Test and Learn Product Manager will be in charge of managing a group of teams testing intake, planning, configuration and analysis to help drive revenue through A/B/n testing practices. Ideally the candidate will have extensive experience in building out analytics dashboard and segments within tools like Adobe or Google analytics. As well as experience coming up with and executing original A/B test plans. They will be the subject matter expert in this area for the company and will require previous experience that reflects that.
Qualifications
Extensive experience with A/B testing methodologies and best practices
Proficiency in web analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics, and/or Optimizely, and Adobe Target.
Strong analytical skills with ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Building and documenting A/B test plans
Identifying CRO opportunities within analytics tools to increase the number of A/B tests performed
Support teams in building out solid test plans
Configure and validate test implementations
Provide robust analysis and dashboards for test results

This is a 12 month CTH opportunity.
This role is supporting the Product Experience pillar, as part of the Test and Learn space. This team will continue to grow, and the goal is to eventually bring in several more PMs to do similar functions.

Must have experience in configuring A/B tests within a testing tool, or building custom dashboards/segments within Analytics tools. Just being around or running A/B tests but always relying on someone else to actually set them up isn't quite enough for this role.
