At the heart of our research team, you'll dive deep into the needs and preferences of our members, guiding everything from concept development to product design. Your expertise will drive category-level insights across multiple business units, including food, consumables, general merchandise, apparel, and technology.

This role will be based out of our home office location in Bentonville, Arkansas. Please note that this role will not support immigration-related employment benefits such as H-1B, TN, L-1, or STEM Extension.




What we're looking for...



  • Leverage over a decade of diverse experience in market research, consumer insights, and behavioral psychology to drive a deep understanding of consumer behavior.


  • Translate broad business objectives into actionable insights, consistently delivering the right outcomes for business success.


  • Thrive in a high-level people interaction environment, fostering strong relationships and collaboration within the team.


  • Take ownership and effectively manage timelines for a multitude of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.


  • Utilize expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization to interpret results and derive valuable insights.


  • Employ advanced surveying techniques such as conjoint analysis, max diff, and correspondence analysis to gather comprehensive consumer feedback.


  • Apply qualitative research techniques to gain nuanced insights into consumer preferences and behaviors.


  • Demonstrate outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and idea exchange.


    Experience with community development and management is a plus, contributing to a holistic approach to consumer engagement.


  • Comfortably navigate technology, including AI, with a focus on continuous learning and adaptation.


  • Emphasize skills and potential for growth over specific college degrees in our hiring process, fostering a diverse and dynamic team environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

















Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
