About the Role:
Working as part of the T. Rowe Price CFO Group, the incumbent will provide administrative support within the Business Enablement and Corporate Strategy & Development teams.
In addition to supporting the Heads of Business Enablement and Corporate Strategy & Development, this position will offer support to the broader CFO group teams as needed and will be expected to back up other Administrative professionals for absences and peaks / troughs in workload across the business.
The position requires a positive, tactful demeanor, a professional presence and strong written and oral communication skills. The position will need to effectively manage upwardly to members of senior management while fostering successful relationships through direct interaction with peers and others. The individual will partner with management to build a collaborative working environment while promoting leadership, exercising good judgement and professionalism.
The successful candidate will also be highly proactive, adept at time management, multitasking and negotiating priorities effectively and calmly during stringent deadlines. Supporting leaders globally and strong skills supporting expense and travel management are required.
Role Summary:
Typically provides direct assistance to one or more senior leaders and/or senior individual contributors. Responsible for exercising confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy when completing own work. May direct the work of less experienced support staff and assign tasks. Provides thoughtful and tactful support to managers when new processes and policies are implemented. Effectively works with others to ensure and provide seamless support and coverage when necessary.
