Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys and partners as needed with typing, meeting notes, digital dictation, research
Document management, scanning, filing, uploading
Process 706 Estate tax returns
Sort and deliver mail and packages, print labels, prepare labels and envelopes for mail and packages going out
Assist with billing and accounts payable
Enter timesheets for attorneys into the billing system
Run conflict checks for new clients, assist with research and setup of new clients
Administrative support to different departments and senior leaders as needed
Qualifications
Attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively, think critically, and problem-solve
At least 2 years of recent experience working in an administrative or office position with similar responsibilities
Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft office
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
Demonstrated track record of job stability in previous employment history, with a consistent tenure in previous positions
Compensation and Hours
Hours are 9-5, this is a 35 hour work week
This is a direct hire opportunity offering a full benefits package
Compensation will range from 60-70k annually depending on experience
