Minimum Qualifications:


Requires technical knowledge in the field acquired through an apprenticeship, a 2-year degree, or professional certificate. Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of education/experience in lieu of the required minimum qualifications.


Position Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting international projects within the Office of Global Engagement while maintaining, analyzing, and presenting data regarding UGA's international collaborations. Programs include, but are not limited to, training, capacity building and public diplomacy initiatives. Data monitoring duties will encompass faculty travel, international co-publications, global partnerships, and international external funding. This position may travel internationally and domestically, supporting logistical operations of the grant programming.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies:



  • Experience tracking, analyzing, and summarizing quantitative data and creating visualization of data.

  • Experience in logistics planning and management for travel oriented programming.

Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Maintain, analyze, and prepare reports summarizing quantitative data regarding UGA's international collaborations, student and faculty mobility, and externally-funded research and service activities.

  • Work with bibliometric database platforms to analyze faculty co-publication and collaboration data, preparing reports as requested by the Director of International Initiatives and the Associate Provost for Global Engagement.
