Assembles, transforms, and interprets information to identify and communicate data-driven insights for the Supply Chain departments. Collaborates with other Analysts to review business needs. Provides relevant, meaningful, and tangible data sets to key stakeholders internal and external to the department. Leverages technical expertise in lean, statistics and risk management to assess and communicate sources of variability, failure modes and trends. Meets established standards by performing the duties personally or through peers.*Your Story.*

You will be gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data-driven insights for the Supply Chain departments. You will collaborate with other analysts to review business needs and deliver valuable data set to both internal and external stakeholders. You will utilize technical expertise in lean, statistics, and risk management to evaluate and communicate factors affecting variability, potential modes, and trends. *What You Do.*

* Analyze, interpret, and communicate data from primary or secondary sources.

* Support data mining, cleansing and harmonization activities for trend analysis and improved decision making.

* Support data discovery activities by demonstrating curiosity, proactively inquiring, and communicating actionable insights through data storytelling.

* Collect, clean, and validate supply chain data from various sources, such as ERP systems, inventory databases, and external platforms.

* Lead User Enablement activities throughout the Supply Chain for new and existing employees.

* Develop and enhance reports and presentations that share the data in a manner that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of analysis.

* Collaborate with department stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system enhancements, following Sargento's SAFe Agile Process.

* Interact with other internal data analysts, data architect peers, technical leads and external industry groups to identify best practices.

*Your Education and Experience.*

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or related field plus one-year relevant, decision-making experience required. Experience in a Supply Chain environment is preferred.

* Proven experience in data analysis, data management, and reporting.

* Proficiencies with SAP highly desired. Experience with shipping and transportation management systems is a plus. Ability to learn and work in advanced tools such as SnowFlake, ThoughtSpot, Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio, and similar statistical and data visualization programs.
