Job Description:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for RNs to work in our Center for Perioperative Care! We are looking for full-time staff with a schedule of 40 hours per week (4-10 hour shifts, Day/Evening rotation).


In the Center for Perioperative Care (CPC) unit, RNs provide care to adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients who are 16 years and older.


  • Prepares patients for surgery, provides Phase I and Phase II care for the ambulatory surgical population.

  • Nurses rotate through the Pre-Procedure Evaluation (PPE) Program and call pre-surgical and procedural patients.

  • The PPE Phone Program assesses all age groups, including pediatrics.

Qualifications

Requirements for a CPC RN:



  • Be a licensed RN in the state of Massachusetts


  • Minimum of 1 year recent acute care surgical RN experience required


  • A minimum of two years RN experience preferred

  • ADN required, but BSN strongly preferred


  • We cannot consider new graduates at this time.
