Compensation Range
Hourly: $33.40 - $57.20 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to support all Treasury functions with an emphasis on interest rate risk analysis. Will also be required to understand and support Funds Transfer Pricing and/or Economic Capital Allocations.
Essential Functions
Serve as a backup for the Asset Liability Manager
Use and query large asset liability management (ALM) databases in varying formats and create assumptions with guidance
Utilize ALM software to review the Bank's interest rate risk position
Support profitability review through internal funds transfer pricing and economic capital allocations
Utilize current market data and ALM software to create reports that help business units set their pricing
Keep the ALM software updated with current market data
Use MS Access to update various bank data sets used in the ALM software
Use the ALM software to create market value and net interest income (NII) reports
Assist with the Bank's stock buyback program
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Basic understanding of a bank balance sheet, income forecasting and product cash flow
Basic understanding of market rates, duration/convexity and market value analyses
Basic understanding of statistics
Familiarity with or ability to learn Qualitative Risk Management (QRM) software
Familiarity with regulatory requirements
Familiarity or awareness of Liquidity and Capital Management
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Teams and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Math or equivalent combination of education and experience required
1+ years' banking related experience required
1+ years' experience in a Finance or Treasury role preferred
