Summary:
The IT Seasonal Support Technician is responsible for assisting the IT department with the imaging and deployment of new computer systems, as well as maintaining accurate records in the ServiceNow Inventory system. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and inventory management.
This is a seasonal hire, which means it will be only for four or five months and be paid hourly. It will not be eligible for benefits. It is part-time, and the schedule can be flexible to accommodate other activities or classes.

Experience with computer imaging and deployment processes.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT asset management systems.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; current enrollment in or completion of a related technical program is preferred.
Residency Requirement:
Employees must permanently reside and work in the State of Texas.
