You will be a key member of Medtronic's center-led Indirect Supply Management (ISM) team responsible for managing and influencing ~$200M in annual spend in the HR and Professional Services categories. This is a global role, with the vast majority of spend concentrated in the Americas; you will partner with stakeholders across Functions, Regions, and Businesses to drive value. Reporting to the Indirect Supply Management (ISM) leader for this category you will bring your strong business acumen to choose the right supplier, the right type of engagement model and put in place contracts that will protect Medtronic's interests. The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
