This job will have the following responsibilities:
Requires effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to type 30-40 WPM.
Prior HEDIS experience a plus.

Can work remotely but must be in the Tampa/Miami area (please refer to rate card to ensure candidates are submitted based on the rate they reside.
Qualifications & Requirements:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Requires High School diploma and 6 months related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Candidates who have familiarity with medical terminology, customer service, call center background and prior HEDIS experience would have priority for this position.
Candidates must have basic Excel skills and must have the ability to type 30-40 WPM. Needs reliable transportation.
