The Judge Group is seeing a Supply Chain Analyst for a manufacturing company in Cullman, Al.

Responsibilities:


1.Team Coordination and Leadership:


oDefine, plan, and coordinate work teams, including cross-functional groups.


oLead through influence to ensure project timelines are met.


2.Supply Chain and Inventory Management:


oManage and analyze supply chain and inventory projects.


oOversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.


oEnsure timely delivery of project objectives, optimal inventory levels, and efficient lead times.


3.Collaborative Project Reviews:


oConduct collaborative project review meetings.


oHighlight significant updates, assess risks, and develop risk mitigation plans.


oProvide project status updates to key stakeholders.


4.Effective Communication and Adaptability:


oMobilize and motivate project teams.


oCommunicate effectively across teams and groups.


oReprioritize as needed to address business changes and shifting needs.


5.Ownership and Progress Tracking:


oManage projects through to completion, ensuring on-time delivery.


oMaintain overall project ownership for assigned projects.


oDevelop and track project timelines, communicating critical achievements and risks.


6.Baseline Metrics and Financial Impact:


oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects.


oDevelop baseline financial metrics to document savings from identified initiatives.


7.Stakeholder Engagement:


oAct as the primary point of contact for designated projects.


oFacilitate project update meetings and provide written communication and progress reports to stakeholders.


8.Process Mapping and Risk Management:


oUtilize designated process mapping, tracking, and tools for effective project lifecycle management.


oAlign time and resources with business priorities and escalate project risks as needed.


9.Problem Solving and Solution Implementation:


oAddress challenges through risk mitigation and contingency planning.


oPresent solutions and options to leaders and key stakeholders.


oEnsure effective implementation of solutions and changes.


10.Results-Driven Leadership:


oDeliver project results through strong leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.


oWork directly with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.


Qualifications:


1.Bachelors Degree


2.4+ years of experience


3.PMP certification preferred


4.Project management experience with Procurement, Production, Supply Planning and Scheduling


5.CPG manufacturing experience a plus
