Warehouse Process Standardization - create, train, and monitor compliance for priority warehouse activities.
Picker Accuracy - understand picking process and customer delivery process, root cause identification for errors, solution development and implementation to improve performance.
Driver Variances - understand driver check-in process, reconciliation process, root cause analysis for shortages, solution development and implementation to improve performance.
Inventory Control - understand physical inventory count process, root cause analysis for variances, solution development and implementation to improve performance.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE:
Pursuing a degree in any of the following: Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, Information Systems, Business Management, or Distribution
Advanced excel knowledge.
Strong analytical skills.
