The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.
Identify skipped invoices, prepare claim, file, and follow up.
Determine what creates the chargebacks on the remittances (each vs case or returns, break/shrink, etc.)
Monitor PO changes.
Identify common root causes for short pays/skipped invoices.
Follow EDI submission to portal. Determine failure root cause.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE:
Pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance
Advanced excel knowledge.
Strong analytical skills.
