We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Content Specialist to join the Marketing team.


This is a hybrid position that can be based out of any of our offices. Hybrid employees are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. YOUR ROLE.




Responsibilities include but not limited to:



  • Proofreads, fact checks, and copy edits thought leadership and sales collateral to meet firm standards, as well as regulatory and legal requirements

  • Understands content objectives and offers suggestions regarding messaging and direction, including optimizing for clarity and format (i.e., web articles vs. sell sheets)

  • Undertakes quality and risk assessment of content, provides high-level feedback to internal writers/content developers, and facilitates revisions

  • Contributes to developing iterative content from existing insights and materials

  • Prepares variations of promotional copy to support a/b testing across channels

  • Plays a role in coordinating larger content projects, bringing writers and subject matter experts together

  • Stays informed of ADA requirements and editorial best practices and how they apply to copy development

  • Communicates and works with production teams in order to meet production timelines

  • Self-manages multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Contribute to writing compelling marketing copy for advertising, social media, email, and web


YOUR EXPERIENCE.




The successful candidate will have:



  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field

  • 4+ years of experience in content development, preferably in a professional service setting

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional and proven editing capabilities, including strong attention to detail and knowledge of SEO

  • Experience in promotional copy and sales enablement/collateral writing

  • Experience in building content options for testing

  • Familiarity with the stages of the buyer's journey

  • Experience with developing/customizing messaging for specific target audiences

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks on deadline

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in AP style, and other style guides

  • Self-starter approach with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
