What we’re offering:

Full-time Data Architect position in Oklahoma City with a hybrid work schedule. Salary target is $120k, determined based on experience and internal salary equity. What you’ll do:

The Data Architect is responsible for conceptualizing, visualizing and innovating the company’s data management systems. They provide technical leadership to enable delivery of reports, dashboards, data messaging, self-service business intelligence and analytics as well as provide oversight and support on initiatives that modify or create new data flows. They ensure delivery of data to support the operational and strategic goals of the business.

Who we’re looking for:


  • The ideal candidate will possess experience in guiding technical teams and providing support and guidance to team members with 5+ years in data warehouse architecture, analytics and business systems development.

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data management tools such as Oracle, Power BI, Informatica and/or WhereScape DataVault Express.

  • Preferred experience:
    • Inmon and Kimball data modeling methodologies

    • Data Vault

    • domain driven design concepts and principles

    • within the insurance industry


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or closely related field required, 4 years of experience, in addition to above requirement, may be considered in lieu of required education. Master’s degree in computer science, business, or closely related field preferred.
