Job Description

Job Summary

Central information technology organization, providing the network infrastructure, hardware, software and enterprise services for offices to run their business. Provides network and database administration, device management, and administers processes, services and technical support for hardware and software for both the organization's internal and external clients.


Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for defining, developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining new or existing applications in support of the achievement of business requirements for the organization

  • Performs a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline

  • Applies working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how
    own area integrates within organization

  • Works within broad guidelines and polices to accomplish objectives and goals

  • Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents

  • Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members

  • Individual contributor working with limited oversight

  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management


Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred

Experience
  • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
