YOUR TASKS
Develop and execute strategic and global leadership development and talent management concepts and development portfolios for combining innovation sparking processes
Think "out of the box" when you are scouting trends regarding development journeys and empowerment measures for Top Executives
Support in identifying and orchestrating relevant cooperation partners like Business Schools and specialized consulting firms for top leadership journeys and individual empowering programs
Support of the annual succession and performance process in close coordination with the global HR Business Partner
Act as a trusted advisor, sparring partner and coach to senior leaders, the People Development team, business units providing insights and recommendations on talent management, succession planning and leadership development needs
Prepare, support and follow up of management audits, development centers and individual development plans
Integrate intercultural requirements and develop onboarding programs
YOUR PROFILE
Completed university degree preferably in Psychology, Business Psychology or Business Administration or related field (preferably with major in HR, organizational development or similar)
Relevant work experience in consulting or in a corporate organization as HR Business Partner or Business Leader with people focus (min. 5 years ) in a global organization
Motivation to work in an international and diverse environment and find it easy to communicate with different stakeholders with high customer orientation including Board Level
Proficiency in successfully planning and rolling out projects and concepts
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability with experience working across divers regions
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing (with strong PowerPoint skills)
Fluency in English and German
