As a Quality Systems Manager you will ensure that Perrigo Braunton has effective, compliant and efficient quality systems, which are maintained and improved in alignment with business and cGMP requirements.
This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days onsite.
This will be a one year fixed term contract.
Scope of the Role
Lead the Quality Systems Team comprising of approximately 10 employees.
Ensure team have objectives set and performance against them is monitored on a regular basis
Ensure team have a personal development plan
Ensure the department has the correct structure, skill set and experience to deliver effective, efficient and compliant quality management systems.
Ensure methods and processes are in place to measure and report on the quality management system and provide timely quality data to the business. Develop effective and collaborative working relationships with other functions to eensure that quality management is understood and deployed throughout the organisation. Actively promote a culture of quality and regulatory compliance.
Lead cross functional teams to deliver continuous improvement.
Manage key quality processes:
Change Control
Internal Audit
CAPA
Customer Complaints
PQRs
External Audits
Management of site audits conducted by internal and external parties
Materials Specialist activities
Undertake such other reasonable duties as may be required from time to time in order to support the Perrigo business.
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or other regulated industry, with at least 2 years leadership experience
Ability to concisely and accurately articulate complex technical problems both verbally and in written format.
Excellent technical writing skills.
