Job Title: Assistant Director of Nursing

Company: Arden Park Post Acute

Salary range: $104,000 to $114,400

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission of delivering high-quality care to our residents and patients. Working closely with the Director of Nursing, you will oversee clinical operations, lead our team of skilled nurses, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care.

  • Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, including mentoring, training, and performance evaluations.

  • Oversee clinical operations, including patient assessments, care planning, and medication management.

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory surveys.

  • Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:


  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of (Insert State).

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
