Salary: $85,000.00 USD Annually - $95,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
JDP is seeking a Production Manager in Woodbridge Township, NJ area! The candidate will oversee all aspects of the plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.



Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies


• Implement CI initiatives


• Lead and develop a high-performing team of employees

Requirements:

• MUST be able to fill in for Production if someone is away or work load is high


• Proven experience in leadership role


• Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment maintenance needs


• Excellent leadership skills


• Strong analytical and problems solving skills


• Effective communication skills
