SUMMARY

As a Facility Analyst at Welltower, you will be instrumental in the maintenance and management of facility, sustainability, and utility data within our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of duties, including utility analysis, project management, financial modeling, database maintenance, and coordination with various departments to ensure the successful execution of capital projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our facilities and operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, analyze, and interpret utility data to identify consumption patterns, trends, and cost-saving opportunities within our Seniors Housing portfolio.


• Identify and implement opportunities for improving the efficiency and automation of capital project data and reporting processes.


• Evaluate and monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.


• Develop insights and recommendations to optimize utility usage and reduce operational expenses.


• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement efficiency measures and sustainability initiatives.


• Conduct financial modeling and analysis, including Internal Rate of Return (IRR) calculations, to assess the feasibility and profitability of capital projects.


• Enter, update, and maintain capital project data in the project management database system.


• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity, and implement measures to enhance data quality and accessibility.


• Propose and implement enhancements to streamline data collection, analysis, and dissemination.


• Collaborate with the Redevelopment team to align capital projects with strategic objectives and priorities.

TRAVEL

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, mathematics, or related field.


• 1-3 years’ experience in data analysis or related field.


• Advanced analytical skills, with experience collecting, organizing, and disseminating information accurately.


• Proficiency with MS Office and analytics software.


• Exceptional presentation, research, verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong math, organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
