Overview

The Physician - InPatient and TeleMed Mix - Paulding is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed care givers who ensure that patients, families and significant others receive individualized high quality, safe patient care. It is expected that all RN Clinical Nurses - are licensed, knowledgeable and uphold the practice of nursing as outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and implements the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards put forth by the American Nurses Association.

Facility: Paulding Hospital



Wellstar Medical Group is seeking a board certified or board eligible Neurologist to work In-Patient at our Wellstar Paulding Hospital, and grow our Tele-Neurology program.


This is a 7on/7off position. Working 12-hour shifts, 7a - 1pm working In-Patient at Wellstar Paulding Hospital and Tele-Neurology from 7a - 7pm.


Paulding Hospital is located in Hiram, Georgia. Hiram is about 40 minutes west of downtown Atlanta. Wellstar Paulding Hospital's new campus was built in 2014.

Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree or equivalent


Clinical residency in Neurology


Must possess or be able to obtain a valid State of Georgia Medical License


DEA License


Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
