What You Will Do
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty by integrating quality principles throughout the product lifecycle. Your responsibilities include:
Leading advanced quality planning to optimize processes and systems.
Conducting structured problem-solving and lean techniques for continual improvement.
Driving quality training, coaching, and audits to uphold standards.
Independently managing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to specifications and technical standards.
Collaborating cross-functionally to accomplish tasks and build relationships.
What You Will Bring
Required:
Engineering Degree.
5-7 years of engineering experience.
Curiosity for personal growth.
"A3 Mindset" for systematic problem-solving.
Preferred:
Strong root cause analysis skills.
Automotive quality experience.
Engineering background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial disciplines.
Experience with IATF/ISO audits.
CQE certification.
ASQ Certified Auditor.
Experience in plastics or web converting processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI and data analytics.
