This is a remote position that will require the candidate to work EST/CST business hours.
This position is responsible for managing and administering procurement activities in support of federal contracts and interfaces between the contracts and subcontracts team, program management, business development, compliance, and legal. Facilitates indirect procurement actions and processes independently and effectively.
Responsibilities
• 3+ years of applicable business experience.
• Strong organizational skills demonstrated across commercial contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, project coordination, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in the use of spreadsheets, database and word-processing applications.
• Ability to rapidly establish credibility and relationships with a broad range of individuals.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong customer service and business partnership skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different organizational levels, functions, businesses, and geographies.
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
