We are a highly respected law firm specializing in family law, seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This is an in-office position that requires a dedicated professional capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents related to family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support proceedings.
Manage case files and maintain continuous client communication to ensure all parties are informed of case progress.
Conduct legal research and compile data from various sources.
Prepare and file all court documents, and coordinate with judicial offices as required.
Support attorneys in court and other legal proceedings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a paralegal in family law.
Strong understanding of family law procedures and excellent legal research skills.
Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Paralegal certification is preferred.
