Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Legal Practice Assistant to join their NYC team. The hours are 9:30am-5:30pm (some flex for OT) and this role is hybrid with three days in the office and two days remote.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate support for the ICM Regulatory group
Book travel (heavy international)
Process and submit expenses
Manage two to three calendars for Partners and Counsel
Assist with scheduling for junior associates
Serve as right hand to one Partner: organize desk, stick to billing deadlines, and ensure response to client emails
Qualifications:
15+ years of experience at a major law firm
Confident and decisive professional
Organized and detail oriented
Compensation/Benefits:
Up to $95-100K base depending on experience
