Our client, an investment firm, is seeking a Research Coordinator to support their Asset Selection Team in NYC. The hours are 8am-6pm (need flex) and this role is hybrid with four days in the office and one day remote.
Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and managing an extensive data library
Track conference attendance and expert network calls
Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and plan events
Process and submit expenses
Book international/domestic travel including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required
4+ years of EA experience and experience with research
Experience with project management, preferably in finance, healthcare, and/or biotech
Outgoing and communicative individual with demonstrated experience managing team calendars
Compensation/Benefits:
Up to $115K base depending on experience + bonus
