Job Responsibilities:
Must have hands-on experience in automotive or truck repair.
Understanding of Holman's various departments and programs, services, business structures and processes.
Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty protocols.

Act as a support / resource for Management on an as needed basis

Must be able to travel to client, prospect and vendor locations, including overnight accommodations.
Liaises with fleet managers, vendors and manufacturers to ascertain the most effective resolution to department issues
Displays expert knowledge in all areas fleet management services.
Conducts Client, Prospect, and Vendor Visits and Presentations regarding the Maintenance Programs.
Oversees FMS participation in Maintenance Program Implementation.
Manages OEM Open Recall Data Trade process - Manages Vehicle Manufacturer provided Maintenance Programs.
Travel as required to Clients, Vendors, Seminars, Training, etc.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and/or Training:
BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience in Fleet Management and Automotive Industry.
Relevant Work Experience:
Must have Car and Truck mechanical and technical knowledge.
Understanding of vehicle repair shop, garage and fixed operations is an asset.
Systems and IT background/understanding is required.
Overall knowledge of truck and automotive products, maintenance and repair processes and associated expenses is required.
Extensive knowledge of Holman systems required.
Must be able to travel to client, prospect and vendor locations, including overnight accommodations.

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $81,210.00 - $117,760.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
