The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.




Job Responsibilities:



  • Must have hands-on experience in automotive or truck repair.

  • Understanding of Holman's various departments and programs, services, business structures and processes.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty protocols.

  • Dedication to professionalism; confidence to rely on experience and judgment to accomplish goals.

  • Act as a support / resource for Management on an as needed basis

  • Must be able to travel to client, prospect and vendor locations, including overnight accommodations.

  • Liaises with fleet managers, vendors and manufacturers to ascertain the most effective resolution to department issues



  • Displays expert knowledge in all areas fleet management services.

  • Conducts Client, Prospect, and Vendor Visits and Presentations regarding the Maintenance Programs.

  • Oversees FMS participation in Maintenance Program Implementation.

  • Manages OEM Open Recall Data Trade process - Manages Vehicle Manufacturer provided Maintenance Programs.

  • Travel as required to Clients, Vendors, Seminars, Training, etc.

  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.


Education and/or Training:



  • BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience in Fleet Management and Automotive Industry.


Relevant Work Experience:



  • Must have Car and Truck mechanical and technical knowledge.

  • Understanding of vehicle repair shop, garage and fixed operations is an asset.

  • Systems and IT background/understanding is required.

  • Overall knowledge of truck and automotive products, maintenance and repair processes and associated expenses is required.

  • Extensive knowledge of Holman systems required.



  • Must be able to travel to client, prospect and vendor locations, including overnight accommodations.

Pay:



We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $81,210.00 - $117,760.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
