Facilitates the process of organizing, integrating, and modifying the resources necessary to accomplish the goals set forth by the Joint Replacement Center Steering Committee.
Promotes collaborative care practices and participates in establishing partnerships with physicians and the Hospital to provide identified related services.
Serves as a resource for the consumers as they make their way through the health care delivery system of the Reading Hospital's Joint Replacement Center.
