We are seeking a Global Benefits and Wellness Program Manager to join the Global Benefits and Wellness team. This exciting opportunity will leverage your interest and experience with global benefits programs and global well-being initiatives. This role will be working across global functions, HR and TR and external vendors and consultants.

How to make your mark:

Global Programs:


  • Lead pension and retirement plan projects to ensure global compliance with legislative mandates. Includes policy documents, feasibility studies, pension health checks, analysis and reporting. Leverages relationship with Global Treasury and actuarial consultants to prepare pension summaries, suggest improvements and manage impacts to HPE plans.

  • Manage "Work that Fits Your Life" and career transition support programs

  • Manage Global Benefits Surveys, including vendor relationships, awards applications and analysis of results to bring forth recommendations for improving benefits programs

  • Lead projects that support the global benefits budgeting process, including benchmarking and benefits change requests

  • Support new projects and programs as benefits needs change and evolve

  • Lead implementation of global benefits communications strategy

  • Manage Perk Car program

Global Wellness:


  • Manage financial well-being vendor to deliver ongoing financial wellness support to HPE team members. This will include the strategic design and implementation of an annual global financial wellbeing campaign

  • Manage Global Wellness Challenge vendor to support HPE's physical activity wellness pillar. This will include the strategic design and implementation of two annual global activity challenges

  • Manage Global Wellness Surveys, including vendor relationships, awards applications and analysis of results to bring forth recommendations for improving wellness programs

  • Manage the production of quarterly mental health podcasts, including topic and speaker selection, budget, contracting and scripting

  • Lead the global Wellness Ambassador network to drive wellness program and campaign engagement across the globe

  • Support new projects and programs as wellness needs change and evolve

In this role you will:


  • Develop relationships with key business HR and country HR/TR

  • Manage and engage with consultants, vendors and third parties to facilitate global benefits and wellness programs, ensuring they are aligned to HPE strategy and meet all governance, compliance, legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Bring a fresh perspective, creative ideas and strategic direction to engage HPE team members in global benefits and wellness programs

About you:


  • Minimum 2 years experience at HPE

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience

  • Typically 6+ years related experience in compensation, benefits, wellness, finance, and/or human resources


  • Strong financial and business acumen

  • Strong project management, problem solving, influence and analytical skills

  • Excellent program management and process development skills

  • Excellent relationship and vendor management skills

  • Critical thinking capabilities and problem-solving skills

  • Experience creating and delivering presentations in a professional environment

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work without constant supervision

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S. -based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $86,000.00 - $198,000.00
