JOB DESCRIPTION

The Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and portfolio ownership; joining the Water (Hydronic/Potable/Leak Detection) Product Management Team within the Resideo Product & Solutions offering. This role will provide leadership through collaboration with all cross-functional teams; overseeing the development and return on investment of the organization's product portfolio today and in the future. This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, tactical skills, analytical skills, strategic thinking, a strong drive for getting results. At the end of the day, we make some cool things.

JOB DUTIES

• Portfolio optimization & sustaining activities.
• VOC (Voice of Customer) investigation.
• Roadmap and budgeting collaboration.
• NPI (New Product Introduction) preparation and product launches.
• Market research to assist in defining product strategy; including competitive landscape and voice of the customer.
• Financial performance throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Other duties as assigned or required for portfolio management.

• Bachelor's degree required: Business, Marketing, or similar etc.; MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with a minimum 3+ product line experience in consumer driven industries.
• Proven track record of delivering extraordinary results in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Ability to draw insights from multiple sets of information; Ability to explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and fosters understanding.
