Managing and Maintaining IT Infrastructure: You'll be responsible for overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation, and maintaining high availability.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting: You'll monitor servers, networks, and applications, promptly identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
Automation: Leverage scripting languages to automate repetitive tasks, improving efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
Deployment and Configuration: Deploy and configure software applications, ensuring they run optimally.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers and other IT team members to ensure seamless integration and alignment between development and operations.
Alert Management: Experience in creating and managing alerts using tools such as ITRS, AppDynamics, SPLUNK, and Grafana is a strong plus.
Qualifications:
Application Support Experience: While we don't require traditional Systems Administrators (SAs) or Database Administrators (DBAs), familiarity with application support is essential.
Automation Skills: Demonstrated ability to automate tasks and drive operational improvements.
Alert Management: Experience with setting up and managing alerts using industry-standard monitoring tools.
Hybrid Work Environment: Comfortable working in a hybrid office and remote setup.
