Description: Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Physician - Medical Site Director to work in Oswego, OR!
This position works Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, no nights, weekends or holidays.
90% clinical duties, 10% administrative duties
Requirements:
Leadership that focuses on people development, specifically mentoring, training and developing clinical staff and colleagues.
Execute daily effective and optimal patient care management.
Ensure optimal execution of clinical model playbook as well as identify indicators for clinical improvement while also confirming accurate records/billing.
Build an appropriate treatment environment throughout the center that follows State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/ WC Regulations
Qualifications:
Board Certification/Eligibility is highly preferred.
Prior experience in Occupational Health, Primary Care, Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine, is preferred. Former surgeons are also welcome to apply!
Must meet all licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university.
Must possess an unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
