Our client, a leading provider of water, wastewater, and stormwater equipment, is seeking a qualified candidate to join their growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Learning about our client's industry-leading products and their applications.
Building relationships with municipalities and sanitary districts throughout Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
Preparing and coordinating quotes for both equipment replacements and new installations.
Collaborating with internal sales representatives on upcoming design projects.
Participating in factory training sessions and industry conferences.
Providing equipment start-up, training, and technical support.
Performing minor equipment repairs and troubleshooting field issues.
Assisting with customer service and warranty claims.
Promoting a comprehensive range of water/wastewater equipment solutions, including chemical feed systems, centrifugal pumps, actuators, gates, gas detection equipment, and blowers.
To be successful, you should possess:
Experience in water or wastewater operations, maintenance, engineering, or construction.
The ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service mechanical equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
The ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
A willingness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
