Global Experience (Preferred): Experience in a global company with a matrixed reporting structure.
Multi-Location Support (Preferred): Experience supporting multiple locations.
Languages (Plus): Bilingual/multi-lingual skills.
Legal Compliance: Strong knowledge of employment-related laws at the county/regional level. Maintains awareness of legal requirements and government reporting regulations impacting HR functions, ensuring policy and procedure compliance.
Technology: Ability to utilize case management software and HRIS systems.
Case Management: Ability to manage complex employee relations cases and investigations.
