As the Commercial Analytics SQL Developer, you, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), along with a working knowledge of SAP. This role is critical in supporting our commercial operations by ensuring seamless data integration, enhancing automation and maintaining rigorous data governance and management standards. You will work closely with the Commercial Business Partner, Analytics, CRM, and IT Team to optimize data flows and support business intelligence initiativesAre you ready to galvanize a team around a culture of care, putting patients first to spark change? Apply TODAY!Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. ETL Development and Maintenance Design, build, and maintain efficient, reliable, and reusable ETL processes using SSIS. Ensure the stability, integrity, and smooth operation of ETL tasks and data workflows. 2. Database Management Utilize SSMS to manage SQL Server databases, optimize queries, and ensure performance tuning. Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure database security, backup, and recovery plans are robust and up-to-date. 3. Data Governance Implement and maintain data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all data management activities. 4. Commercial Data Management Work with the Commercial Analytics and Sales Operations team to manage and optimize commercial data storage, processing, and utilization. Develop and implement data standards and policies. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with commercial stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure the ETL processes and data management practices support their strategic objectives. 6. Integration with SAP Collaborate with IT to leverage SAP data and systems to streamline data extraction and integration processes. Ensure that data handling between SAP and our databases meets business needs and complies with data governance standards. 7. Project Management Manage projects related to data integration, automation, and improvements, ensuring they are delivered on time and meets business requirements. Education-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or Analytics Related FieldRequiredProfessional experience- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SQL development, specifically with strong expertise in SSIS and SSMS.Required
