NMC is looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator responsible for monitoring and administering processes the Inventory Control functions ensuring the right part and the right quantity is in the right location. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external vendors to ensure accuracy.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:


  • Reviews and analyzes a large variety of inventory-related reports, including stock order, non-stock/madestock, replaced parts, shipping/returning exceptions, unadjusted demand and daily returns reports.

  • Reviews, codes, approves and submits repair and contract invoices into either CAT or allied vendors invoicing system as applicable and forwards to appropriate location manager. Creates and closes work orders for invoices as needed. Submits invoice for payment.

  • Reviews obsolete inventory for disposal or return to vendor on an ongoing basis. Submits and reviews items for rapid return process.

  • May perform other duties as required and assigned.
