We are seeking a "customer service oriented" Accounts receivable/collections specialist in the Cupertino area who can start right away!
***MUST have previous collections experience and tech savy with accounting software.

Pay: $30-$34
Duration: Temp to hire
Location: Cupetino (fully onsite)
Job Description:
Contact customers and clients with overdue balances via phone, email, and written correspondence.
Maintain up-to-date customer records and account information in the accounting system.
Review accounts receivable aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on the age and amount of the debt.
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions
Document all collection activities, including phone calls, emails, and payment arrangements, in the company's database or CRM system.
Provide regular updates to management on the status of outstanding debts and collections efforts.
Work closely with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer concerns.
Process customer payments received via various methods (e.g., checks, credit card payments, electronic transfers).
