This temporary to hire position is a newly created role reporting to the CFO. Salary $75,000-80,000
Staff Accountant
What you'll do
Maintain and update accounting records and files
Post transactions to the GL
Review and analyze financial statements and reporting
Examine tax policies and handle payments
Handle bank, loan, account and payroll reconciliations
Conduct month-end and year-end close
What you'll need
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
5 years experience in accounting
Ability to meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, multitask with accuracy
MS Word, Excel, ADP and QuickBooks proficiency
Strong communication skills
