Job Summary

Job Description

DUTIES: Contribute to the team responsible for performing ETL (extract transform and load) and EDA (exploratory data analysis) on data sets to extract relevant insights from large amounts of data; develop machine learning models and analytics using Python, R, and SQL; use Spark with AWS EMR and Databricks, and use AWS Lambda; use Keras, TensorFlow, Scikit.learn, and NLP for machine learning; develop models capable of processing millions of events per second and multi-billions of events per day; work closely with various engineering teams to solve key optimization, insight and network access challenges; build and optimize classifiers using machine learning techniques; integrate data from multiple sources including third party sources; perform data mining; enhance data collection procedures; develop actionable quantitative models in the areas of effectiveness, ROI, pricing and optimization; do ad-hoc data analysis and present results in a clear manner; create automated anomaly detection systems and track performance; and develop and communicate goals, strategies, tactics, project plans, timelines, and key performance metrics to reach goals. Position is eligible for 100% remote work.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or any related quantitative field, and two (2) years of experience developing machine learning models and analytics using Python, R, and SQL; of which one (1) year includes using Spark with AWS EMR and Databricks, and using AWS Lambda; and using Keras, TensorFlow, Scikit.learn, and NLP for machine learning.
