This position is responsible for cash and card sales in the Palette Café. Responsible for actual hands on preparation of menu items to include but not limited to brunch items, sandwiches, salads, coffees, an other beverages. Responsible for closing the facility and clean-up. Ensuring high quality food and beverage with emphasis on exemplary service. Must be able to work posted café hours and be available to assist with any special events require the Palette Café to be open this is include but not be limited to normal hours of operations as well as evening or weekend events with prior notice. Supervise student employees in the absence of the manager. Position may also assist in Einstein's as needed during Palette Café closings.
