About the Role


As PPOF Styling Manager you will be responsible for the daily delivery and execution of on-brand, market leading imagery that both pushes boundaries in terms of creative execution and adheres to seasonal e-commerce styling direction and guidelines. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Styling and the San Francisco studio team to drive output and elevate the styling for PPOF (E-commerce) at Old Navy.


What You'll Do



  • Execute style-outs and on-set styling of our daily e-commerce photography shoots

  • Ensure our styling brand strategy and creative guidelines are interpreted in our daily photoshoots

  • Work alongside our Senior Manager of Styling to inspire, influence and evolve our imagery for Old Navy

  • Collaborate and drive effective communication with on-set art-directors, photographers, hair and makeup artists and digital techs to create shoots that are both on brand and meet productivity goals

  • Provide feedback and support to freelance stylist team throughout shoot week

  • Manage freelance Assistant Stylists on photoshoot expectations, daily guidance and maintenance of role resources

  • Participate in Image Reviews and Stylist Rack Reviews as needed

  • Style for marketing adjacent shoots and content when required

  • Support Senior Manager of Styling in creation of style guides and resources

  • Attend meetings and work with cross functional partners- production, merchandising, online experience, and design.

  • Take inspiration from credible and relevant fashion references, including current brands and influencers

  • Serve as a brand storyteller to drive sales and achieve business priorities, with the customer as the primary focus

  • Demonstrate values and behaviors consistent with our culture


Who You Are



  • 5+ years of Styling and on-set Styling experience

  • BA or BFA preferred in Arts, Fine Arts or Fashion

  • Experience in styling and managing teams in an e-commerce environment

  • Exceptional on set clothing manipulation skills and an eye for fit

  • Operates with an elevated taste level and high attention to detail

  • Deep knowledge of current fashion trends and industry leaders

  • Goal oriented, with demonstrated success in managing through ambiguity and change in a fast-paced, complex environment

  • Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills

  • Established skillset in relationship-building, presentation, and communication (written and verbal); Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work with a variety of people in various disciplines

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Miro preferred

Salary Range: $112,100 - $148,500 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
