Responsibilities
Role Overview
The Field Service Delivery Technician - Seasonal role is responsible for unboxing, preparing, configuring, and installing laptop and desktop systems for our customers.
This is a seasonal role and will not exceed three months from effective date.
Scope of Role Responsibilities
Essential, key job responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
Delivering quality services for one or more technology practices.
Unboxing, preparing, configuring, and installing laptop and desktop systems for our customers.
Meeting the billable/chargeable targets set by the company. Billable and chargeable time should consist of assessments, planning, design, configuration, installation and support of the solutions offered by the practice.
Accurate and timely tracking of client work, deliveries, and related documentation.
Administration: Consistent and accurate time entry input.
Provide logistical support for shipping and delivery to local region.
Provide deployment and logistical support to our customer sites.
Assembly, configuration, and installation of equipment (desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, etc.).
Assist with entry-level configurations, imaging, laser engraving, staging etc.
End point quality control.
Provide inventory shipping and receiving support.
Travel: To Customer sites as needed.
Complete training as required.

Qualifications
Role Qualifications and Requirements
The following are minimum qualifications and requirements required for this role:
Ability to travel to client premises on a daily basis.
Access to a vehicle and a clean driving record is required if driving.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
Must be able to lift (~50) pounds of weight.
Must possess excellent time management skills.
Good written/verbal communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving or troubleshooting skills.
Strong client service skills.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to keep track of multiple tasks.
Must be a team player, yet work well independently.
Entry level desktop technical support experience is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent experience and knowledge/ some college preferred.
Assist in safely operating delivery vehicles to include box trucks to transport IT equipment and supplies preferred.
